For the past 10 weeks, we’ve been in a focused strength cycle.
It started back in February.
Week after week of showing up.
Repeating lifts.
Building positions.
Owning your working weights.
Last week was the culmination of all that work.
Heavy singles.
Max attempts.
And over 40 PRs across the gym.
That’s not luck. That’s training.
This cycle worked.
But strength alone isn’t the end goal.
Using that strength — over time, under fatigue — is what matters.
And that’s exactly where we’re headed.
π Murph Prep Starts Now
Every year, we take on Murphy on Memorial Day.
The workout:
- 1 mile run
- 100 pull-ups
- 200 push-ups
- 300 air squats
- 1 mile run
But Murph isn’t just about finishing. It’s about:
- Pacing
- Durability
- Managing fatigue
- Staying consistent when things get uncomfortable
That’s what we’re building over the next few weeks.

This phase builds:
- Aerobic capacity (your engine)
- Muscular endurance
- Mental pacing discipline
Murph rewards those who can sustain.
